The Original Self

Perhaps we are constantly creating each other and the ones who can stand back and repel this causation of influence are usually the leaders in our culture and world.  We rely heavily on the approval of others to contain our self control and meaning in life but never it seems we stop and think that the other person relies just as heavily on us as we do them. And so I suppose in a sense no one is original and nothing is what it seems because there is an influence that began long ago and it swivels and swims in each of us daily. This is a constant motion that had a beginning but has no end. At some point we can turn the course of the way by our actions and words, our deeds. But if we do not steer back to the basics and learn the reason why we are here has not changed much since the beginning of time; we are doomed for failure.

I hope we can all become our true spiritual selves through our love for one another and our understanding that all thoughts are connected and originality is often times the recognition of the concatenation of events.

  1. Much of our happiness in this short life hinges upon the reality of our unseen interdependence, not competition and primal fear, AND the fact that we are, indeed, spirit beings. This means we can live our days as "beings of light" (and joy!) as we so choose. God's cosmic river is deep and wide. We are in His grasp and flow; as we always have been. The big question for each one to answer is this.....are you enjoying the ride?
